I’ll handle all logistics, including permissions, locations, and coordinating third-party services such as hair, makeup, and styling if needed. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step booking instructions, and a non-refundable retainer will secure your date.

Now for the secret sauce: For headshots and branding sessions, there’s no waiting and no guessing — most shoots are captured tethered, so your images immediately appear on my computer for instant viewing and guided selection.

Most definitely! In your discovery call, we'll dive into your business (target market and goals), website (if you have one), digital marketing and social platforms to identify gaps and make all the photography recommendations based on what we find.
Yes! I'll make recommendations in our discovery call, am available as you plan / shop for suggestions and will help "dress" you on shoot day. I can also connect you with a stylist if you need further assistance. I know some great ones who will even shop for you!
Almost all the subjects you see in my portfolio have had professional hair and makeup. A professional application of hair and makeup lends the most polished results in images. I have a team of trusted artists (see my About page) who will take care of you, ensuring you will still look like yourself in photos - but refreshed and energized, like you've just come back from holidays, rested and ready to take on the world. If you're unsure or have specific needs, we'll chat more about this in your discovery call to determine what is best for you.
Depending on what you're needing, I typically book 3-4 weeks out for simple headshots; 6-8 weeks out for branding because you'll need that time to prepare for your session (fresh haircut, prepping outfits, props etc); 6-8 weeks out for power teams so that we have time to rally all the key players. Availability of 3rd party hair and makeup services may also affect scheduling.
For most headshot and branding sessions, delivery of polished images is typically 48 – 72 hours after final payment, slightly longer for larger projects.
This is the part that my headshot and branding clients absolutely LOVE. Where feasible, I shoot tethered for headshots and branding which means your photos automatically load into my laptop for instant viewing. You’ll be able to receive and GIVE feedback on your images every step of the way – which allows us to modify and adjust things as we go along so that we’re only producing consistent, quality images of you throughout your session. We’ll review your gallery together and cull down to your absolute favourites with quick editing adjustments, cropping, zooming in, making side-by-side comparisons … you will end your session happily knowing exactly which images will serve you best and how to use them!
